One shared system

Everything your club needs to run a season with confidence.

Permit requests should not live in one inbox, member details in another spreadsheet, and bag returns in a pile waiting for the season end.

MarshBook gives every member a clear portal and gives your committee a dependable view of the whole club.

01

Fewer manual jobs

Members make their own bookings, keep details current and submit returns online.

02

Rules applied consistently

Capacity, open dates, approval routes and booking conflicts are built into each area.

03

A clearer club record

Permits, activity, reports and historic seasons remain easy to find and export.

Made to fit the club

Your grounds. Your rules. One clearer way to manage them.

Wildfowling clubs are not all the same. MarshBook allows each permit area to follow the rules your committee has agreed — without forcing every ground into one rigid process.

Common questions

What club committees usually want to know.

Can members use MarshBook on a phone?

Yes. The member portal is designed to work across phones, tablets and computers, so bookings and returns can be handled wherever members are.

Can different grounds have different booking rules?

Yes. Each area can have its own flights, capacity, open dates, approval route, PIO, vehicle requirement, species list and conditions.

What happens when a permit needs approval?

The request is held as pending and the assigned PIO can be notified. Once approved or rejected, the member receives the decision.

Can we keep previous season information?

Yes. MarshBook includes permit and bag-return archiving, historical records, exports, backups and season-end administration.

Can we request extra features?

Yes. If you can provide a clear description of what your club needs, we can review it with you and discuss adding the feature to MarshBook.

Is there a mobile app?

Not currently. A mobile app is planned for a future release, but no release date has been confirmed yet. The existing member portal can be used on phones, tablets and computers.

Can we move existing club data into MarshBook?

MarshBook includes member-list and historical permit/return import tools. The exact migration route can be discussed as part of your club demonstration.
