Fewer manual jobs
Members make their own bookings, keep details current and submit returns online.
Built by Wildfowlers, for Wildfowlers
MarshBook brings permits, members, bag returns and season management together in one straightforward online system — built around the way wildfowling clubs actually work.
One shared system
Permit requests should not live in one inbox, member details in another spreadsheet, and bag returns in a pile waiting for the season end.
MarshBook gives every member a clear portal and gives your committee a dependable view of the whole club.
Members make their own bookings, keep details current and submit returns online.
Capacity, open dates, approval routes and booking conflicts are built into each area.
Permits, activity, reports and historic seasons remain easy to find and export.
The member experience
Members see what matters, complete the task, and get on with their day — on a phone, tablet or computer.
BOOKINGS
Choose an area, date and flight from current availability. Permit limits and club rules are checked as the booking is made.
GROUND KNOWLEDGE
Open club area maps and location links directly from the booking and permit record.
RETURNS
Record species, numbers, shots, party size and visit notes while the details are fresh.
DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD
Every member gets a personalised card showing their name, number, class, live status and expiry. Your club can set its own title, logo, colour and footer wording, while members can view it on a phone, print it or save a copy.
CLUB STANDARDS
Take a private, committee-led identification test through the same secure member account.
The committee view
MarshBook turns the season's moving parts into clear, manageable workflows — from a new member registration to the final return report.
See MarshBook for your clubApprove registrations, manage member profiles and classes, update expiry dates, handle user roles and open the portal as a member when support is needed.
Set the booking rules for each ground, including open dates, flights, capacity, PIO approval, vehicle requirements and conflicts between areas.
Track completed returns, compare trends by area, flight and species, and export season detail for committee work and conservation reporting.
Open and close seasons cleanly, archive permits, retain previous years, manage backups and keep the next season ready to go.
Publish current club documents to the right membership classes and keep map details, lease records and area conditions in the same place.
A complete permit journey
They see live availability, select the ground and flight, then submit their request.
Dates, limits, conflicts, vehicle details and return status are checked automatically.
The permit is issued or sent for PIO approval, with the relevant email notifications.
After the visit, the member submits a bag return and the data feeds club reporting.
Made to fit the club
Wildfowling clubs are not all the same. MarshBook allows each permit area to follow the rules your committee has agreed — without forcing every ground into one rigid process.
